Re:Fuel Supercar Sunday July '25
Re:Fuel: the home of Supercar Sunday in the south west?
Rare Metal, Real People, and a Whole Lot of Noise – July 2025 Event Recap
Supercar Sunday returned to Re:Fuel on July 6th, and once again, it did not disappoint.
From the moment you pulled into the paddock, you knew this wasn’t just another Sunday cars-and-coffee. This was special. Hypercars, modern classics, track weapons, even a few garage queens that rarely leave their climate-controlled homes — all lined up, engines cooling, coffee in hand, and absolutely zero ego in the air.
And that’s what Re:Fuel does best. It’s not a flex-fest. It’s a community. And on Supercar Sunday, that community turns into a living, rumbling dream garage.
📸 Capturing the Madness
As always, I was behind the lens, blending in with the crowd, gear in hand, looking for moments that feel real — not just shiny bonnets and wide apertures.
The July light played nice, and the paddock was buzzing. I worked through a mix of handheld and tripod shots, capturing wide scenes, tight details, and a few rolling frames for good measure. You’ll find everything from Ferraris to Fiestas — and the passion that ties them all together.

Why Re:Fuel Just Gets It
Re:Fuel doesn’t try to be anything other than what it is — a proper car hub. No posh invites, no hired influencers, no forced polish. It’s where the South West’s most eclectic mix of metal and people show up because they love cars, not attention.
They’ve made Supercar Sunday a cornerstone of that culture. And every time it rolls around, it feels bigger — not just in terms of numbers, but in energy, variety, and reach.
A New Generation Behind the Lens
One thing that stood out this time — and something I absolutely loved seeing — was the number of young photographers roaming around, phones in hand, CPL filters clipped on, framing shots like pros.
It’s brilliant. These are the future storytellers of the car scene. Watching them learn, experiment, and build their eye out in the wild — that’s what Re:Fuel makes space for. It’s not just about the cars; it’s about the culture, and photography plays a huge part in that.
If you’re one of those shooters reading this: keep going. It doesn’t matter if it’s a phone, a DSLR, or your mate’s borrowed kit. What matters is your eye — and showing up.
