1. Non-Refundable Booking Deposits
All booking deposits paid for services, such as photography and videography, are non-refundable. Once a deposit is made, it secures the booking and ensures availability for your project. Deposits will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed in writing before the services are rendered.
2. No Refunds After Goods or Services Are Received
Once goods have been delivered or services have been provided, we do not offer refunds. By purchasing our products or services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. This applies to:
- Photography and Videography Services: Once the service has been completed, including the delivery of final images or video footage, refunds will not be issued.
- Goods: For any products or physical items sold and delivered, refunds will not be processed once the goods have been received.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued if an independent third party (such as a recognised consumer protection body or legal authority) determines that you are entitled to a refund due to non-performance or breach of contract on our part.

Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for G3CXO Photography
By booking a photoshoot with G3CXO Photography ("Photographer"), the client ("Client") agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
The Photographer agrees to provide photography services as requested by the Client. The specific details of each booking, including the event or session type, date, location, duration, and package details, will be confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Payment Terms
- Total Fee: The fee for services will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure the booking. The deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
- Balance: The remaining balance is due within 7 days after the event/session. Photos will be provided with watermarks after the photoshoot. The final, watermark-free images will only be delivered once full payment is received.
- Late Payment: If the remaining balance is not paid within 7 days of the event/session, a late fee of 10% of the total fee will be applied.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation: The deposit is non-refundable. If the Client cancels the booking, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Rescheduling: The Client may reschedule the booking without forfeiting the deposit if they provide at least 7 days' notice. Rescheduling is subject to the Photographer's availability.
4. Copyright and Usage Rights
The Photographer retains full copyright of all images produced during the session. The Client is granted a personal-use license for the images, meaning the images can be used for non-commercial purposes. The images cannot be used for commercial purposes without the Photographer’s written consent.
5. Model Release
By booking, the Client grants the Photographer permission to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolios, websites, and social media. If the Client wishes to opt out of this, they must provide explicit written notice before the shoot.
6. Liability
The Photographer will take all reasonable care in performing the services. However, the Photographer is not liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment failure, or accidents.
7. Agreement
By booking a photoshoot with G3CXO Photography, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
